Shipping Policy
Argos International LLC Shipping Policy
Order Fulfillment:
Orders are processed within 24–72 business hours.
Domestic orders placed before 1:00 PM CST (Monday–Friday) typically ship the same day via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground, based on package details.
International orders typically ship within 48-72 hours via FedEx, La Poste or Chronopost
Shipping Terms:
All shipments are made F.O.B. from our shipping point. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer once the order leaves our warehouse. Buyer assumes responsibility for any loss or damage in transit and should purchase insurance if needed.
Carrier Delays & Liability:
Argos International is not liable for delays, loss, or damage once a package is with the carrier. This includes delays caused by weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Force Majeure:
We are not responsible for delays or failure to deliver due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, equipment failure, or supply chain issues).
Signature Requirement:
All orders require a signature at delivery. If you waive the signature requirement, you accept full responsibility for any lost or stolen package.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing.
In such cases, customers must file a claim with the carrier. USPS may require a police report to proceed.
No refunds or replacements will be issued until the carrier’s investigation is complete.
Refused Deliveries:
Refused packages (for reasons other than damage) are not eligible for refunds. Customers are responsible for all original and return shipping fees, duties, and taxes.
Free Shipping Eligibility:
US Orders: Free shipping on orders over $100 USD.
International Orders: Free shipping on most orders over $200 USD (restrictions apply).
International Shipping:
EU Orders ship via Chronopost, FedEx, or La Poste within 48–72 business hours.
Rest of World: Shipped via DHL Express or FedEx.
Customers are responsible for ensuring import eligibility and paying applicable customs or taxes.
Currency:
Prices are in USD. International billing may reflect exchange rate conversions.
Shipping Restrictions:
We cannot ship to certain countries due to regulations. Please refer to our international distributor list for assistance.
Refund Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee:
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Contact us at info@buyargos.com to determine eligibility.
Return Eligibility:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging with seals (e.g., cellophane or stickers) intact.
- Opened or damaged items, engraved products, and opened bubble mailers are not returnable.
- Health regulations prohibit returns of opened or used fragrances.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Sample kits, rollerballs, mini sprays (50ml and under), used candles, used scent diffusers, luxury display boxes, and crystal oil attars.
- Opened candles and diffusers that have been used with fragrance or oil.
Damaged Orders:
- If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, please take photos and refuse delivery.
- We are not liable for damage caused by carriers or for losses from natural disasters.
Return Process:
- Email us with your order number and reason for return.
- Returns must be pre-approved. In some cases, return shipping may not be required.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and the original shipping fee will be deducted from any refund.
- Ship items over $75 using tracked or insured shipping.
Refund Processing:
- Returns are inspected upon arrival.
- If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method minus a 15% restocking fee.
- Items returned used or damaged will not be refunded.
International Returns:
- Contact us before shipping your return. We may offer alternative solutions.
- Refunds or exchanges will be issued at our discretion.
Gift Returns:
Eligible gift returns will be refunded as store credit or based on the original payment, depending on how the gift was purchased.
Third-Party Purchases:
Items purchased outside of www.BuyArgos.com or www.ArgosFragrances.co.uk are not eligible for refunds through Argos International LLC.
Allergy & Skin Sensitivity Disclaimer
At Argos Fragrances, we prioritize the safety of our customers by offering perfumes that are meticulously crafted. Our products are cruelty-free and made without parabens, sulfates, triclosan, phthalates, mineral oil, or dyes.
However, allergic reactions to specific ingredients or ingredient combinations can occur, just as they can with food or skincare products.
To minimize the risk:
- If you have a history of allergies or skin sensitivities, please use caution.
- We strongly recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin before regular use.
- Certain ingredients—such as essential oils and alcohol—may increase sensitivity, especially when exposed to sunlight.
- If you experience irritation, a rash, or a burning sensation, discontinue use immediately.
