Our Return Policy
In the event that you are not satisfied with your order, please return unopened and unused merchandise in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund.
In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number from our customer servicedepartment.
You may return any unopened merchandise (except Skincare and Haircare items) in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping and any gift wrapping charges.
Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare or Haircare items due to health reasons. Please make your selections carefully.
Return authorization is required. Please email us at email@example.com or call (469) 881-6044 prior to shipping your package for your return authorization number.
Returns may be shipped either directly to the Argos warehouse at the address below, or brought in one of our Argos Retail locations across the United States. If returning to a store location, please bring the order confirmation that you received when the order was placed. If returning to our warehouse, please include the following information with your return:
